Cardio Circuit

Bored on the treadmill or elliptical, but still need the cardio? Try to mix it up a bit with this simple cardio circuit!

Muscles worked: All (Cardio)
Time to complete: 30 minutes + transition between machines
You will need: Treadmill, Eliptical trainer, Stairmaster

  1. Walk for 2 minutes on the treadmill, then run for 3 minutes
  2. Move to the elliptical and go for 10 minutes at a moderate pace
  3. Move to the stair master and go for 8 minutes at a moderate pace
  4. Move back to the treadmill and run for 5 minutes
  5. Walk for 2 minutes to cool down
