Make the most of your workout!


If you’re envious of ballerina’s legs, you should be. But if you don’t have time to be dancing five hours a day, try this inner thigh shaping exercise.

Muscles worked: Legs
Time to complete: 6-8 minutes
You will need: Just your body, or dumbbells (advanced)

  1. Start by standing with feet wider than shoulder width apart, toes pointing out at a 45 degree angle
  2. With hands on hips (or holding dumbbells for an advanced move), slowly rise up onto the balls of your feet
  3. While balancing there, bend at the knees and decline into a half squat (45 degrees) – hold 2 seconds
  4. Lower your heels back to the floor, and slowly extend legs to return to the starting standing position
  5. Repeat for a total of 12-15 reps to complete a full set; Rest 30 seconds then complete 2 more sets
