Drink Green!

My trainer recommended this “green shake” to me – try it for a power packed start to you day! (C’mon, just TRY it!)

2-3 oz spinach
2-3 oz kale
½ c. pomegranate juice
¼ c. pineapple juice
½-1 c. soy milk
2 tbs. ground flaxseed
2 c. frozen blueberries

Combine spinach and kale with the liquid ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add flaxseed and frozen blueberries then blend again. If drink is too thick, add more soy milk or juice, if it’s not sweet enough add more pineapple juice. Enjoy!
