I’ve just tried Dreyer’s slow churned frozen yogurt in Tart Honey – and I have to tell you it is amazing! Just 100 calories, 2 grams of fat – what an amazing desert!!

And if you’ve been missing chocolate while trying to be healthy – you’ll be in heaven with the choices of chocolate fudge brownie, cappuccino crunch – even cookies & cream! (these are a bit more at 120 calories but hey – WAY less than ice cream!).
Who says you can’t have your cake (ICE CREAM) and eat it too?!
