Product Review: Blister Block by Band-Aid

Running long distances can do a number on your poor feet. The biggest complaint I get is blisters, either on the arch or between toes.

Band Aid Brand Friction Block Stick is a great solution to this problem. The product, which looks like a mini deodorant stick, acts like an invisible “shield” that coats and protects the skin from being rubbed raw by the friction of your stiff shoe. All you do is swipe over the areas on your feet where you would normally get a blister, put your socks and shoes on and you’re good to go. It’s not messy, and won’t damage your shoes.
