Superfood smoothie for a post workout boost

This delicious and so good for you smoothie is also easy to make. With nutrient rich spinach, anioxidants from pomegranete juice, and whey protein for muscle growth, this is one powerful ‘punch’!


– Big handful of spinach leaves (about 1 1/2 cups)

– 4 oz light pomegranete juice

– 4 oz rice or soy milk

– 1 scoop (about 30 grams) whey protein

Blend all on high for 1 minute, drink and enjoy!
