Push up contest!

How many can you do? huh, huh?! Call them push-ups (US) or press-ups (UK), push ups are an unbeatable classic exercise – you don’t need any equipment, you use your whole body (if you’re doing it right), and get your heart rate going. Even better, push-ups are a great way to test your fitness level.

So here’ s the drill – see how many push-ups you can do in 1 minute. Try it NOW, then test yourself every day to see how you can improve. Can you get to the “Excellent” category? Even if you can do only 1 push up now, keep doing them every day (it only takes a minute!), and see how far you can go.
