Working out and keeping up with eating healthy is sometimes a lot of work! Luckily, a lot of new sites and tools have come to this wild world of the internet, helping you (and me) plan more easily and keep on track.

Here are some of my latest favorite sites for workout logging, food journaling, and all around fitness minding, all of which are FREE for basic information and tools:

dailymile www.DailyMile.com – Log and share your workouts through Twitter and Facebook. I’ve just started this myself and really enjoy it! Click to go to my profile.
logo_calorieking www.CalorieKing.com – Find the nutritional information nearly any food you can think of in their massive database.
edh www.everydayhealth.com  – Multiple tools such as Calorie Counter, BMI calculator, and Food Journal make this site a one-stop shop.

    I love the Daily Mile! I just find it hard to record everything. I do so much but it doesn’t show because I fail to post it!! But it’s a great tool!
