Less than 150 calorie “mini shortcake” desert

Craving a summer sweet treat but still need to fit into the bikini? Try this awesome summer treat that will satisfy that craving, and won’t destroy your healthy eating plan!

  • 6 Reduced Fat Nilla wafers
  • 1/2 banana, cut into 6 slices
  • 3 small strawberries, cut lengthwise in half

Turn wafers onto the rounded back (flat part facing up) and layer with banana slice then the strawberry half. Enjoy!
