I’ve blogged a lot about fitness planning, but I think this week I really cracked the code! This week’s workout plan was a perfect mix of strength, cardio, and stamina. Check it out:
SATURDAY: Long Run (5 miles)
SUNDAY: 60 min Spin class
MONDAY: Upper body (Shoulders, Bicep, Tricep) + Abs + 20 min interval run
TUESDAY: 60 min Power Hot Yoga
WEDNESDAY: Chest & Back + Abs + 20 min interval run
THURSDAY: Legs & Glutes
