Need a tush toner? Climb that mountain!

Here is a great (no GREAT!) 30 minute workout to get your tush, legs, and lungs in shape. If you have access to a treadmill, and can remember a little number pattern, that’s all you need!

If you’re a visual learner, just remember the shape of a pyramid .. that’s what you’re about to climb:

Set your speed at a brisk walk (between 3.2-4.0) and keep it there through the workout. The below includes warm up (first 5 min) and cool down (last 6 min) and is a total of 30 minutes long.
