I’m so excited to be participating in the Girl Power Hour 30 Day “Trifecta” Challenge beginning this Monday! This is a “trifecta challenge” because we’re focusing on three things: fitness, nutrition and mental state.
I, of course, am part of “Team Hustle” along with two other fitness gurus Adriana Medina and Hilary Paris. That’s right, we gals are here to help whip you into shape, with fitness classes, tools, and guidance to get the job done right without sacrificing life and limb. On the GPH blog, Team Hustle is helping with weekly fitness options, activities and training during the 30 Day Challenge, with our results-oriented approach to helping women achieve their fitness goals.
The “30 day challenge” is centered around three profiles that, in theory, every woman might fit into. So pick one and follow along. If you don’t fit into one of the categories, make one up and start your own challenge.
