Seriously.. you will love me for this. 2 bananas (frozen overnight) + 1 scoop “vanilla ice cream” protein powder (Optimum nutrition) – blended (refreeze if you like). Scoop into 4 portions. Mix 1 tbsp. pure cocoa powder + bit of water to make syrup consistency and divvy up, then top with sliced almonds. Oh man!! so good. MAKES 4 SCOOPS. Per: Approx 128 cal, 8g protein per scoop, 16g mostly FRUIT carbs (from banana), 4g HEALTHY fat (from almond).
