Make the most of your workout!
I’ve started doing cross fit again this month, and I think it’s influencing the naming conventions and style of my workouts – of course! I decided I needed a little amped up training last week – could it be the 3 weddings i’m attending this quarter!! Yes perhaps.
So here’s a little fun one for you to try – it’s super easy, short but super high intensity. You can do this as your 2nd workout of the day, or after a strength circuit to end your session with a little burn baby burn:
3 times through = Beginner
4 times through = Athlete
5 times through = Super Star!
